In order to grow your business, it helps to evaluate and use the SWOT analysis. In my graduate course work , we discussed the SWOT analysis; Strength, Weakness, Opportunity & Threat. Keeping up with the trends is vital in order to survive in this market. As we become more of a global market, it's important knowing what is happeing and how it will affect our business. Many changes bring opportunity if you know about the trends. As a business owner that struggles with time, I force myself to read and learn. My goal is to work smarter not harder. I'm in it for the long haul are you?

Nancy Marmolejo from Comadre Coaching, http://www.innerloca.blogspot.com, not only uses a blog put she also has cool pod casts interviews. My interview is number #8. Another talented Latina is Kathy Cano Murrillo, from Crafty Chica. What a dynamo, author, reporter, artist...the list goes on http://www.craftychica.com/blogs/diary/ . Check out her website, go to her links and you will see a list of mega entrepreneurs.

Above is a photo from a focus group meeting with KOCE. Members of NLBWA were invited by Sandra Robbie, producer from KOCE. It was great giving feedback in the formation of a women's program.
