My First BLOG!..:-)

Wow...What an incredible journey from technical/engineering corporate world, to stay- at-home-mommy, entrepreneurship to "Small Business of they Year"!.. It's been a exciting to say the least. Mommy hood and entrepreneurship experience have been very humbling!.. I never realized the demands of both.... That's why I thought it would be cool in having a blog that would allow me to communicate, share information and discuss topics.

The past 3 years of being in business have been full of joy, laughter, & heart ache. The true experience of entrepreneurship.... As my business SCORE Business consultant, said it "There is no run for sissy's in Business". You have to be mentally and physically tough in dealing with so many demands. There's no guidelines.... your the visionary, the leader, innovator and the implementer. Entrepruenership forces you to learn due to limited budgets. This is when your creativity plays a major role in taking your business to the next level with little resources or time.

WELCOME to ENTREPRENEURSHIP!... Building a network, aligning with fellow entrepreneur, sharing information and building partnerships are essential. Belonging to organizations fosters the growth of your business. I've had a couple or organizations that have assisted my business in becoming national. The Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, (HCOC), NLBWA National Latina Business Women from Orange County, Las Comadres & MANA have been key in my business growth. And last but not least all my wonderful supportive friends that have been there when it was dark, lonely and frustrating. It's nothing like having buddies!...

My positive out look, positive energy, making the best of unpleasant experiences and making each business decision a win-win situation have opened so many doors. Although people that know me, hear about all my wonderful news...yet there are so many hot ideas that ended up in the gutter...that's entrepreneurship.... you just have to keep trying, trying, trying until you get it.

My family has played a big part of my business. The support from my loving Hubby that demonstrates his unconditional love, while I care for my little spunking 5 year old girl and 4 year old charming little boy that loves using big words and interacting with adults.

I have many, many exciting things to share with everyone. Each Year I begin my year with positive affirmations and things begin to happen!.....
